We currently support residential and nursing care providers - with support for homecare services coming soon.
Where are you based, and do you travel?
We’re based in Leeds, but we’re happy to travel across the UK. We also offer remote support and training if that works better for your team.
Can you work with care homes in Leeds?
To maintain professional boundaries and avoid any potential conflicts of interest, we are currently unable to provide services to Adult Social Care providers located within the Leeds area. We are pleased to support providers outside of Leeds.

Do you offer accredited training?
We align our training with CQC expectations and NICE guidance. CPD accreditation is pending.
How do you deliver training?
We offer flexible delivery - in-person, online, or a blend of both - depending on your needs.
Do you provide certificates?
Yes, we issue certificates of attendance and learning for every session.
Can I request training on a specific topic?
Definitely. We build sessions around your needs - whether that’s PRN protocols, medication rounds, or something more specific.
Consultancy and Audits
Do you carry out full medication audits?
Yes, we offer full or partial audits, along with a RAG-rated action plan and ongoing support.
Can you help after a CQC inspection?
We can. We’ll review the report with you, help you understand the findings, and build a tailored improvement plan.
Do you help review medication policies or templates?
Yes - we offer consultancy to review, update or create your documents to ensure they meet best practice and regulatory expectations.

Absolutely - and we offer bundle discounts if you're ordering multiple items.
In what format are the resources provided?
All resources are available in PDF and Microsoft Office formats.

Can I use the resources across multiple care homes?
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all MedsXperts resources are licensed for use at a single registered care location only.
Resources may not be copied, shared, distributed, or used across multiple sites within a group without a valid multi-site licence.
